Girl who went missing for 3 days found dead

ROXAS CITY, Capiz – A 12-year-old girl who went missing after falling into a dam near Capiz Sugar Central in President Roxas, Capiz, was found dead Wednesday morning.

The body of alias Esing, a grade 6 pupil of President Roxas Elementary School, was spotted in the river at Barangay Pondol, several meters away from the place where she went missing.

According to a resident of Pondol, he was about to gather shells at the river when he found the girl.

The victim was with her two colleague minor friends looking for spiders Sunday afternoon when she accidentally slipped into the dam and drowned.
