With a concept of connected living, Vista Estates unveils its ‘prime masterplanned development’ project in Iloilo dubbed Georgia at Vista Mall Iloilo on Nov 11, 2022.
“We are glad to have Vista Estates set its roots here in Iloilo, defining the new city center where the next big thing in Visayas will come to life,” Architect Pete Estanislao said during the program.
“Vista Land is setting its sights here in Iloilo because it’s an ideal place for Filipino families to build their futures in, while with the region’s vision of becoming a livable, resilient, progressive, and globally competitive Iloilo, Vista Land aims to contribute, strengthen and accelerate this noble objective by bringing Amazing Lifescapes to Iloilo through Georgia,” he added.
Georgia is a 500-hectare sprawling estate inspired by the scenic state of Georgia in the U.S. and replicating its charming yet functional design aesthetic through edifices featuring colonial and Victorian architecture.
“This is the kind of global living that we expect residents, investors, and guests to enjoy when they see and experience the place as they can access life’s necessities without going beyond the borders of community, spend quality time with their loved ones in open, green spaces and have everything within their reach,” Division Head of Visayas Lily Donasco also said.
Vista Estates added that a mid-rise, low-density cluster of vertical residences called Augusta Residences “will soon stand within Georgia and will offer 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units with balconies ranging between 33.96 sqm to 43.86 sqm.”
Vista Estates masterplanner Architect Estanislao, together with Engr. Laimar Lucena added during the event that Georgia would also be composed of its own central business district brimming with office towers and business establishments, places of worship, a hospital, wellness institutions, commercial and retail districts, and vertical and horizontal residential enclaves.
“With Vista Estate’s guiding philosophy of creating lifescapes that are sustainable, innovative, lifestyle-driven, world-class, and primed for growth, Georgia is poised to become Iloilo’s biggest lifestyle destination,” Vista Estates added.
Vista Estates, which is already present in over 60 growth centers across the country, is a collection of “masterplanned megacities born out of the grand vision of Vista Land’s Chairman Manny B. Villar.”
