Frustrated murder suspect collared in Iloilo town

The police from Capiz province and the town of Cabatuan, Iloilo nabbed a person facing a frustrated murder.

Alias Rex (not his real name) a native of Barangay San Jose, Roxas City, Capiz is the subject of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Lorencito Belo Diaz of the Regional Trial Court Branch 17 in Roxas City, Capiz, on January 10, 2024.

The court recommended a P120,000 bail for his temporary freedom.

The Capiz Provincial Police Office (Capiz PPO) Tracker Team and Capiz PPO Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU), in collaboration with Cabatuan Municipal Police Station (MPS) and Roxas City Police Station, led the operation.

Rex is in the custody of Cabatuan police and will be transferred to Capiz.
