ROXAS CITY, Capiz – A 23-year-old tricycle driver wanted for frustrated homicide was arrested morning of Sept. 11, 2019 in Brgy. 3 here.
Ariel Valderrama Unarce of Brgy. Mianay lvisan, Capiz did not resist when the lvisan police led by Captain Leomindo Tayupon served a warrant of arrest issued by Regional Trial Court Judge Lorencito Diaz last Sept. 9, 2019.
Unarce is facing two counts of frustrated homicide in Criminal Case Nos. C-222-19 and C-223-19.
The recommended bail for each count is P72,000.
Unarce is presently detained at lvisan police station.
