FROM BEDROOM STARTUP TO BIG WINNER: Prometheus Enterprises Earns Double Victory at Asia CEO Awards 2026

ILOILO CITY — Prometheus Enterprises secured two major honors at the Asia CEO Awards 2026, winning SME Company of the Year, while Atty. Lcid Crescent Fernandez was named Young Leader of the Year for the third consecutive year.
The SME Company of the Year award marks a defining moment for the Iloilo-born company. What began seven years ago with a small team and an ambitious vision has grown into a full-service force competing on a national scale and bringing its work to international stages.
The journey, however, was shaped by more than growth. Prometheus had to find its footing through a pandemic that brought businesses across the country to a standstill while navigating an industry that continued to change faster than ever. Through it all, the company learned that staying relevant meant more than simply keeping up. It meant building the people, culture, and capabilities that could carry the company forward through whatever came next.
That became central to how Prometheus grew. Sustainability, for the agency, means creating lasting value through its people, its work, and the communities it serves. It means giving its fleet room to learn and grow, evolving its services with the needs of the industry, and using its work to bring businesses, institutions, and communities closer together around ideas that can create lasting impact.
That same approach has shaped the way the agency develops its fleet. As the company grows, its people are given room to take on bigger challenges, build meaningful careers, and contribute to work that reaches beyond Western Visayas.

For Prometheus, the recognition also carries the pride of where that journey began. Its success reflects what can emerge from the provinces when local ideas are given the room and ambition to go further. It is proof that being rooted in Iloilo does not limit how far a company can reach or how far the people behind it can take their careers.
Alongside the company’s win, Fernandez’s third consecutive Young Leader of the Year award recognizes the leadership that has helped shape its direction. Under his leadership, curiosity has become part of how Prometheus approaches the unfamiliar, pushing the company to keep learning, adapting, and looking beyond what it already knows.
That curiosity has grown with the company. What once filled a small room in Iloilo now drives Prometheus toward a much bigger stage while creating opportunities for its people, strengthening its capabilities, and contributing to a wider community beyond its own walls.
Together, the two honors capture a pivotal chapter for Prometheus, celebrating not only how far the company has come but also the foundation it has built to keep moving forward.
After everything, Prometheus continues to Dare The Future.
