BACOLOD City – Four persons were arrested for allegedly breaking into a store at Magsungay, Barangay Singcang-Airport here last Wednesday.
Police identified the suspects as Gabriel Decker, 18; Joel Adasan, 18; Carlo Hilado, 22; and Sigfredo Perez, 29, all residents of the said village.
Investigation indicated that the suspects reportedly destroyed the padlock of the gate and allegedly carted away a cash box containing P40,000.
They were all arrested in a follow-up operation after the 29-year-old victim discovered the incident later that day.
Police recovered from the suspects P10,800 cash and seven cases of cigarettes.
All suspects are detained at Police Station 8.
