Police Major Armilyn Vargas, head of Police Station 3, said the car driver went to the hospital for a check-up as he was not feeling well at that time.
But as he was parking his vehicle, he reportedly stepped on the accelerator that resulted in the crash.
Vargas said that three hospital staff and one patient in the emergency room suffered minor injuries.
The car driver was unharmed, she added.
The car driver and the victims, as well as the hospital management, have reached a settlement for the damages, according to Vargas.
