BACOLOD City – Four persons were arrested in separate buy-bust operations here and in Negros Occidental last Wednesday.
Personnel of the City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU) and Police Station 7 apprehended three persons at Purok Kabugwason, Barangay Mansilingan.
Police identified the suspects as Jose Guzman Jr., 50, a street level individual; Guila Golez, 26; and Ronald Pelowa, 25, all residents of the said village.
Police recovered from them the P1,000 marked money, nine sachets of suspected shabu weighing 15 grams valued at P102,000; a digital weighing scale, and a plastic straw.
The three suspects are detained at the said police station.
In San Carlos City, Marithel Cogonon, 48, of Barangay 3 was collared at Barangay 6.
Police confiscated from her six sachets of suspected shabu weighing three grams worth P20,400, and the P500 marked money.
All four suspects will be facing drug charges.
