BACOLOD City – Chief Commander Jansen Benjamin of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) in Negros Occidental was replaced by Ludovico Librilla Jr. Thursday.
Librilla, who also served as PCG commander of Negros Occidental from 2018 to 2019, finished his Public Safety Officers Senior Executive Course in Philippine Public Safety College Cebu on Oct 15, 2020.
Librilla is also a member of the Coast Guard Officers Course “Matatag” Class of 2001.
The turnover ceremony was held at the PCG District Southern Visayas headquarters in Barangay Banago, Bacolod City and was presided over by PCG Southern Visayas District commander, Captain Eduardo De Luna Jr.
