Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) head John Dexter Celiz said the rain started Wednesday night until Thursday, resulting in waist-deep flood.
The heavy rain also uprooted a tree in the village.
No injuries and damaged houses were reported but some valuables inside the houses got wet due to the flood.
Some electrical lines were also damaged but these were immediately fixed.
