Members of the Iloilo City Police Station nabbed Remegio around 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday at Caingon village.
But his older brother, 39-year-old John Valentin Remegio, evaded arrested.
Seized from the suspect were seven sachets of shabu and other non-drug items.
Meanwhile, Palmaira, Pendon, and Dilla were collared during a buy-bust operation at around 8 p.m. at Zone 1, Barangay San Juan, Molo.
Members of ICPS4 had Palmaira as their target.
On the other hand, Brillantes, a dance instructor, was arrested at 10 p.m. in Barangay Old Airport, Mandurriao.
Members of the Iloilo City Police Office-City Drug Enforcement Unit (ICPO-CDEU) arrested the suspect after selling a sachet of suspected shabu for P6,000.
Brillantes also yielded 10 sachets of suspected shabu worth P102,000.
All five suspects are now detained and will be charged for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
