BACOLOD City – The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) is looking into negligence as the alleged cause of the fire that gutted two houses and 10 stalls at Katalbas-Osmeña Street, Barangay 1, Sagay City, Negros Occidental yesterday.
Inspector Rodney Nadal, acting city fire marshal, said the fire broke out around 2:30 a.m. from a house which was also being utilized as an eatery or carinderia.
