BACOLOD CITY – Six houses were razed by fire at Purok Planeta, Barangay Taculing, on Thursday.
According to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) in Bacolod, three houses were destroyed, and three others were partially damaged.
The fire broke out around 1:19 p.m., with no injuries reported. The BFP estimated the cost of damage at PHP 24,500, as most of the houses were made of light materials. The fire was declared out at 1:32 p.m.
Arson investigators have yet to determine the cause of the fire.
Barangay officials promptly extended assistance to the fire victims.
