BACOLOD City – Three houses were destroyed while another house was damaged in a fire at Purok Sunflower, Barangay Taculing here Saturday night.
Chief Inspector Publio Ploteña, city fire marshal, over Aksyon Radyo Bacolod, said the fire broke out past 9 p.m.
It reportedly came from the second floor of the house owned by Jeffrey Villaflor, and being rented by Joebert Tad-y.
Ploteña said arson investigators are still probing the cause of fire.
The BFP reported an initial cost of damage worth P200,000.
No injuries were reported.
