Filipino Mobile Legends player Karl Gabriel Nepomuceno, popularly known in the Esports industry as KarlTzy, was nominated as one of the finalists for the prestigious 2021 Esports Mobile Player of the Year.
A current member of BREN Esports’ Mobile Legends professional team, KarlTzy’s exceptional performance during the M2 World Championships propelled him for a unanimous nomination.
KarlTzy not only flaunted his mastery of his core heroes on the world stage during M2 but he also helped BREN capture the international title against powerhouse team Burmese Ghouls in a thrilling seven-game series.
BREN’s win during M2 was also the first time an All-Filipino Mobile Legend team won the prestigious event.
KarlTzy joined an elite pool of mobile game players with Paraboy, Skyriikzz, Thecruz, Mohamed Light, Cauan7, Syaz, Learn, and Lucasxgamer also in the list of nominees.
Online voting is still ongoing with KarlTzy calling the support from all of his fans on social media to vote and help him capture the feat.
