BACOLOD City – A male fetus placed inside a plastic bag was found at Barangay Magsaysay, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental on Saturday.
Police Lieutenant Colonel Robert Mansueto, city police chief, said the fetus was about seven months old.
Mansueto said the plastic was dragged by a stray dog and was left in front of a house of a person in the said village who found the fetus.
The fetus was brought to the City Health Office and was buried later in the evening.
