BACOLOD City – An elderly man found a seven-month-old male fetus floating in a canal at Barangay Singcang-Airport last Dec 30, 2020.
Police Station 8 Captain Jun Ray Batadlan said the fetus was mixed among the garbage in the canal. Batadlan said an unidentified woman whom barangay watchmen tagged as “rugby girl” was being suspected to have aborted the fetus. The fetus was placed inside a box and turned over to the barangay officials for burial.
