Father faces incest rape for making daughter a sex slave

ROXAS CITY, Capiz – A drug surrenderer is facing incest rape charges for allegedly turning his 17-year-old daughter into a sex slave in Capiz.

Rhea (not her real name) told the police that her father Awing (also not his real name) repeatedly abused her.

The last incident happened evening of Sept 30, 2019 when her father went home drunk.

Rhea is the eldest of three children. Her mother works abroad.

According to the Women and Children’s Protection Desk (WCPD) section investigating the incident, the sexual abuse started when the victim was an elementary student.

This was confirmed by the medical examination on the victim.

The suspect fled upon learning that his daughter reported the incident to village officials.

At present, the victim and her two brothers are in the custody of their relatives while the mother is reportedly coming home upon learning of the incident.
