ROXAS CITY, Capiz — A farmer was declared dead on arrival at a hospital after he was allegedly stabbed by a neighbor early Thursday morning, April 16, in Sitio Arisgal, Barangay Cristina, Tapaz, Capiz.
Police identified the victim by the alias “Baraw,” 50.
The suspect was identified by the alias “Lalang,” 55, a laborer.
Police said both men were residents of the same area.
An investigation by the Tapaz Municipal Police Station showed that the victim was sleeping inside his house when the suspect arrived and woke him.
