ROXAS CITY, Capiz — A 42-year-old farmer wanted for the crime of damage to property was collared by police Tuesday afternoon at Sitio Tiblan, Barangay Agcagay, Jamindan, Capiz.
Police identified the suspect as Paterno Danieles Jr. of said place.
Danieles is facing a charge for reckless imprudence resulting in damage to property before the Municipal Trial Court of Mambusao, Capiz.
MTC Judge Joevy Paclibar Valenzuela issued the arrest warrant on Oct 19, 2021.
A P16,000 bail was recommended for his temporary liberty.
Danieles is presently detained at Jamindan Municipal Police Station.
Meanwhile, a village official voluntarily surrendered a loose firearm Tuesday afternoon to Tapaz Municipal Police Station.
Punong Barangay Jose Lopez, 39, of Barangay San Vicente turned over a caliber .38 revolver with live ammunition which was owned by one of their residents.
