ROXAS CITY, Capiz – A 65-year-old farmer was arrested for a concubinage charge Wednesday afternoon at Brgy. Mainit Cuartero, Capiz.
Venancio Socias did not resist when the Cuartero Municipal Police Station served a warrant of arrest issued by Municipal Circuit Trial Court (MCTC) Judge Jerson F. Almalbis of Cuartero-Dumarao on Oct 12, 2020.
The suspect was released from police custody after posting a P5,000 bail.
