BACOLOD City – Farmer associations from the different LGUs of the province received breeder piglets and meat shop equipment from the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental.
Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson, Board Members Andrew Montelibano and Jeffrey Tubola, and OIC Provincial Veterinarian Dr. Placeda Lemana, led the distribution of the project at the Capitol Grounds on Dec 21, 2022.
The veterinary assistance project was facilitated through the Provincial Veterinary Office under the Expanded Marketing Support, Typhoon Odette Assistance, and Animal Resource Rehabilitation Program.
Included in the meat shop equipment are a stainless table, freezer, digital weighing scale, and meat grinder. The recipients also received AI Liquid Nitrogen Tanks.
