A family of four was hurt after the motorcycle they were riding was sideswiped at the national highway of Nabas, Aklan afternoon of May 15, 2019.
Police identified the victims as Renz Cris Alejandro, 31, his wife 29-year old Maricar, and their children, Cris Paul, and Renzcar, 9.
The victims are residents of Barangay Habana, Nabas town.
Police accounts said the victims were passing through Barangag Gibon when it was hit by a truck on the opposite lane.
The truck driven by Elmar Delgado, 23, of Barangay Sta. Cruz, Ibajay town, came from Malay.
Both drivers blamed each other for the accident.
Delgado later drove to Ibajay town where he was subsequently arrested.
The four victims were rushed to the hospital for treatment.
