Ginpahayag sa isa ka Facebook page nga si Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos amo ang tagdihon sang house bill nga nagtukod sang National Youth Commission.
Ang ini nga pagpati nagakinahanglan sang mas masangkad nga konteksto kag pagpaathag.
Suno sa website sang NYC, ang laye nga nag tukod sang NYC amo ang Republic Act 8044 ukon gina tawag nga “The Youth in Nation-Building Act”.
Ang ini nga laye gingikas sa House Bill 11614 kag Senate Bill 1977 kung sa diin ini ginpa-pasar sang House of Representative kag Senado sang June 2, 1995, kag ginpirmahan ni President Fidel Ramos nilang laye sang June 7, 1995.
Sa pagusisa sa House Legislative Information Service (ukon Legis), ang tigsulat sang House Bill 11614 amo si Rep. Jaime Lopez sang ika-duwa nga distrito sang Manila.
Ang LEGIS naglista man sang 59 ka mga congressman nga nag co-author sang batas, kag isa na diri si Marcos Jr.
