Ex-detainee nabbed anew in drug bust
ROXAS CITY, Capiz – A former detainee was arrested Saturday in a drug buy-bust operation conducted by the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit of the Capiz Police Provincial Office at Martelino Subdivision, Barangay Baybay here. Jaron Buenvinida, 40, of Philippine Railway Street, Barangay 9 here, did not resist when police collared him.

ROXAS CITY, Capiz – A former detainee was arrested Saturday in a drug buy-bust operation conducted by the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit of the Capiz Police Provincial Office at Martelino Subdivision, Barangay Baybay here.
Jaron Buenvinida, 40, of Philippine Railway Street, Barangay 9 here, did not resist when police collared him.
Recovered from Buenvinida were seven sachets of suspected shabu, P1,500 marked money, P200 personal cash, cellphone, and a pouch.
The suspect was arrested few years ago for the same offense but was freed through plea bargaining agreement.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) will be filed against today, March 30. He is presently detained at the Roxas City police station.
