Ex-bodyguard wanted for ‘killing’ kin

ROXAS CITY, Capiz – A man is wanted by police for allegedly killing a relative Saturday evening in front of Milibili National High School in Barangay Milibili, Roxas City.
Police identified the victim as Ronie Alloc Acta, 42, a water delivery worker and resident of Sitio Pamongbongan in Milibil, while the suspect was identified as Steven Deolino Alloc of Sitio Sumiga also of said village.
Investigation by the Roxas Component City Police Station indicated that Acta was on his way home on board a motorcycle when Alloc allegedly blocked his path and shot him with a .45 caliber pistol.
The suspect immediately fled and was under hot pursuit operation by the police.
Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) recovered 3 empty shells of .45 caliber ammunition.
Police eyed misunderstanding as the motive behind the incident.
The two were drinking liquor before the incident happened.
Alloc is believed to be a former bodyguard of a former politician here. (With a report from Jennifer P. Rendon)
