Electrician nabbed for ‘selling’ illegal drugs

ROXAS CITY, Capiz – A 50-year-old electrician was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation at Barangay Loctugan here Wednesday afternoon.
The Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit of Capiz Police Provincial Office and Station Drug Enforcement Team of Roxas City Police Station led the operation which collared Rodolfo Bengaura of Loctugan.
Recovered from Bengaura were three sachets of suspected shabu, P500 marked money and a cellphone.
Police estimated the value of the suspected shabu at P70,000.
Bengaura denied he owned the seized items, but he admitted to using illegal drugs.
The suspect is presently detained at the Roxas City police station.
