Legendary Mixed Martial Artist Eduard Folayang can’t wait to go back in the ONE ring after nine long months.
Folayang has been included in one of the fights after ONE chairman Chatri Sityodtong revealed the lineup for ONE: Inside The Matrix this coming October 30.
Coming off a tough and disappointing split decision loss against Pieter Buist last January 31, the former ONE lightweight title-holder vows to improve his performance from his last fights and aims to get back on track in the division rankings.
Team Lakay will try to get their star back on track after Folayang lost three of his last four bouts.
Since the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ), Folayang and team Lakay have committed to train under one roof and are eager to gain back the glory they once had in ONE.
Folayang is motivated to regaining the title he once had, using this as inspiration as he ramps up his training regimen.
Blocking Folayang’s way to the pedestal is Australian Antonio Caruso, a hard-hitting emerging fighter and is also finding back his stride in MMA.
