The youth leaders issued a manifesto citing a loss of trust and confidence in Capuso due to his alleged failure to fulfill his duties and responsibilities as SK president.
Dumarao Liga ng mga Barangay president Remuel Dario said Capuso had not attended regular sessions of the Sangguniang Bayan of Dumarao, where he serves as an ex-officio member, since January.
