NSC Director General Eduardo M. Año expressed optimism about the agreement and commended PCAB’s proactive efforts to address national security concerns within the construction industry.
“The NSC fully welcomes the initiative of the PCAB, which recognizes the possible national security implications of its regulatory duties, and has reached out to us to jointly tackle this growing concern,” Director General Año stated.
He further emphasized that the MOA is a crucial step toward strengthening and advancing the country’s national security.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by DTI-CIAP-PCAB Director Pericles P. Dacay and NSC Deputy General Marlo M. Guloy, along with the other members of the CIAP Board.
