On June 9, the Department of Trade and Industry launched a new artificial intelligence-powered web interface aimed at automating frontline services and simplifying regulatory compliance.
The platform is designed to streamline business licensing and accreditation processes nationwide.
“Aligned with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s call for a more responsive government, the DTI is leveraging digitization through this new FAI chatbot to cut red tape, improve access, and empower businesses under the ‘Bagong Pilipinas’ vision,” said Trade Secretary Cristina A. Roque.
The AI assistant offers real-time responses, reducing the need for queuing, in-person visits, and time-consuming email correspondence.
It is available 24/7 via the DTI’s Integrated Registration Information System website at https://iregis.dti.gov.ph/.
Users can instantly access information and support for key DTI-related services.
With this development, the DTI reaffirms its role as a leader in public sector innovation, promoting ease of doing business and contributing to inclusive and sustainable national economic growth.
