DTI Iloilo Provincial Office, along with the Negosyo Center and San Joaquin LGU, launched the DTI-NC ACTSS (Advocacy Campaign Toward Strengthening Services) in Brgy. Bulho on June 27, 2025.
The initiative aims to extend DTI’s services to upland barangays, supporting micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in growing and enhancing sustainability.
Brgy. Bulho stands as a beneficiary of the Kauswagan Sa Kairayahan Project, an upland development program led by San Joaquin Mayor Ninfa Serag Garin.
The event reflects DTI’s broader objective to deliver direct support and disseminate information to small businesses in remote areas.
Prior to the main activity, the DTI Iloilo team, together with the District 1 Negosyo Center Business Counsellor and SB Corporation representatives, visited Municipal Administrator Briccio Segumalian.
They also met with Municipal Agriculturist Kennard John S. Mondragon, Ms. Lyn Saquilayan of the Mayor’s Office, and LEDIP designate Eriberto Sencida.
DTI-NC ACTSS remains a vital platform for raising awareness and improving access to DTI programs in underserved communities.
