DTI Guimaras Brings Key Services to Manggahan Festival 2025
The Department of Trade and Industry Guimaras joined the two-day People’s Fest during Manggahan Festival 2025, held May 20–21 at the fairgrounds in front of the Events Center in San Miguel, Jordan. Organized in coordination with other national government agencies, the event highlighted DTI Guimaras’ commitment to making business services more accessible to the community.

The Department of Trade and Industry Guimaras joined the two-day People’s Fest during Manggahan Festival 2025, held May 20–21 at the fairgrounds in front of the Events Center in San Miguel, Jordan.
Organized in coordination with other national government agencies, the event highlighted DTI Guimaras’ commitment to making business services more accessible to the community.
The agency provided on-site services including Business Name Registration, business counseling, Barangay Micro Business Enterprise applications, Intellectual Property Office application assistance, P3 Loan assistance from Small Business Corp., and information from its Business Development and Industry Cluster Development units.
DTI Guimaras assisted four clients with Business Name Registration—three new applications and one renewal—offered one-on-one counseling and conducted an entrepreneurship seminar for an Overseas Filipino Worker.
The team also responded to three inquiries about small business loans and explored one potential collaboration for MSME-focused seminars and training.
DTI Guimaras’ participation at the People’s Fest underscores its mission to bring government services closer to the grassroots.
Through consultations and targeted business support, the agency continues to empower local entrepreneurs and help small businesses grow in Guimaras.
