Driver hurt in road rage incident

ROXAS CITY, Capiz – A driver of a delivery van was injured after he was shot by a motorcycle rider in an alleged road rage incident Saturday evening at Barangay Poblacion Sur, Ivisan, Capiz.
Karl Edgar Borbe of Barangay Maninang in Sapian, Capiz complained to the lvisan police that Reygan Fuentes Tolentino 37, and Mon Niel Villarisco, 33, both of Barangay Agustin Navarra, Ivisan shot him.
According to Borbe, they were on their way to Roxas City with his four co-workers when the suspects riding on a Honda Click motorcycle shot them.
The driver suffered a minor injury after he was hit on the left shoulder. His colleagues were unscathed.
Borbe immediately proceeded to lvisan police station to seek assistance. He said that the motorcycle driver was the one who shot them.
The suspects were caught in a hot pursuit operation.
The police are investigating the motive for the incident. The victims were carrying a large amount of money from the company they were working for during the incident.
The suspects refused to comment on the incident.
