DOLE-6 provides help to Roxas City street food vendors

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) provided a P1.5-million funding to the Roxas City government headed by Mayor Ronnie Dadivas to help street food vendors who are reeling from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dadivas said DOLE-6 OIC director Atty. Sixto Rodriguez Jr. on Tuesday turned over the assistance which will fund the NegoKart Livelihood Project for 75 street food vendors in the city.
“Guintinguhaan naton nga makapangita sang paagi agud mabuligan ang mga street food vendors sa Roxas City. Kita nagapasalamat sa Department of Labor and Employment sa pagsabat sa aton hingyu,” the mayor said.
Dadivas said the project aims to provide presentable and uniform food carts to the beneficiaries.
