DOH-6 Welcomes New Regional Director

The Department of Health (DOH) Western Visayas Center for Health Development (CHD) has officially announced the appointment of Dr. Annabelle P. Yumang as its new regional director.
Dr. Yumang’s appointment, formalized through DOH Department Personnel Order No. 2025-0110, was issued on Jan. 11, 2025.
Previously assigned to the Davao CHD, Dr. Yumang succeeds Dr. Adriano P. Suba-an, who has been reassigned to the Health Regulations and Facility Development Cluster at the DOH central office.
Dr. Suba-an had served as regional director for Western Visayas since July 1, 2021, succeeding Dr. Emilia P. Monicimpo.
