BACOLOD City – The City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU) seized 32 grams of suspected shabu worth P217,600 from a “dispatcher” in a buy-bust operation at Purok Masanag 1, Barangay 26 here last Wednesday.
Arrested was Sandy Orario, 49, of Barangay 26, an alleged newly identified drug individual.

Police Lieutenant Joven Mogato, CDEU head, said that Orario was a first-time offender.
Mogato said that Orario has been allegedly selling drugs for several months now. Thus, police operatives placed him under monitoring for two weeks.
Orario allegedly gets his supply from the village, but police refused to give more details about it pending the investigation.
Police also confiscated from him the P1,000 marked money and P200.
Orario is detained at Police Station 4.
