Digital National ID Now Accessible via eGovPH App

Filipinos registered with the National ID system can now access their official digital ID through the eGovPH mobile app.

This digital version provides a faster, more secure and convenient way for citizens to verify their identity when transacting with government or private institutions.

To use the Digital National ID, users must register and get verified on the eGovPH app.

Once verified, they can view their digital ID anytime on their mobile device.

The digital ID holds the same validity and functionality as the physical version, including the cardholder’s photo, demographic details and a scannable QR code for authentication.

The eGovPH app is available via the Huawei AppGallery, Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

An official launch event for the Digital National ID on the eGovPH platform is scheduled for later this year.
