UP Visayas shared book copies of two research publications to DepEd-Antique on July 14, 2021, entitled “Cyanide Analysis and Shelf – Life Studies of Selected Cassava Varieties at Different Maturity Stages (CyAnSS of Cassava)” and “Cassava in the Food Basket: Varieties, Processing Methods, and Cyanide Levels (English and Hiligaynon Versions).”
These publications were co-authored by Vivian A. Topor, Ph.D.; Leah A. Araneta, MSc; Steve P. Janagap, EMMQAL; and Josie B. Rojo, MSc.
The publications were received by DepEd –Antique Officials; Corazon C. Tingson (Asst. Schools Division Superintendent), Dr. Gaudencio C. Riego (Chief – Curriculum Implementation Division), Evelyn C. Remo (Chief – School Governance and Operations Division), Dr. Eleanore M. Dagala (EPS – Araling Panlipunan), Dr. Anita S. Gubalane (EPS – Science), and Miracle Faith Senario (Division Supply Officer. The books were handed over by Anna Razel L. Ramirez, UPV Project Development Asst. for Antique.
