delaware Philippines, a global provider of ICT solutions and an SAP partner, and Lydian Global Business Services Philippines (Lydian Philippines), a global supply chain solutions expert, have announced a strategic partnership.
The collaboration aims to offer enhanced, integrated supply chain capabilities to companies in the manufacturing, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods and pharmaceutical sectors.
The partnership combines delaware Philippines’ expertise in SAP S/4HANA public and private cloud implementations, finance, and inventory management with Lydian Philippines’ strength in advanced supply chain planning, manufacturing scheduling, and integrated business planning.
Loknath Rao, CEO of Lydian Philippines, expressed optimism about the market, saying, “We believe the Philippines is a very promising market, especially for manufacturing companies.”
He added that business value derived from digital supply chain solutions and advanced planning is vital.
Rao also noted that both companies can jointly execute projects and create prototypes that showcase their combined strengths in ERP and integrated supply chain solutions.
He emphasized that Lydian Philippines’ global expertise will help local businesses scale, modernize and automate their supply chain operations.
Simone Pigason, senior vice president for customer success at delaware Philippines, shared her excitement about the partnership.
“This partnership with Lydian Philippines enables us to serve our customers in an expanded scope,” she said.
She explained that while Delaware Philippines is an expert in SAP S/4HANA, finance, and inventory management, Lydian’s capabilities in connected planning, integrated business planning and material requirements planning are especially valuable for the food and beverage and manufacturing sectors.
Pigason described the partnership as “a partnership made in heaven.”
Rosette Carrao, partner and managing director at Delaware Philippines, highlighted the strategic fit of the alliance.
“With our Delaware 6.0 strategy, our main focus is to maximize our core capability in SAP S/4HANA,” she said.
She added, “This partnership with Lydian allows us to expand and elevate our capabilities. We look forward to the projects we’re working on together and the growth they bring.”
The collaboration is already showing results.
Both firms are currently working on a major project aimed at improving supply chain operations for a key player in the fast-moving consumer goods sector in the Philippines.
This initiative involves implementing touchless automated planning to improve the availability of popular household products through more efficient and responsive supply chain processes.
The project underscores the value of connected planning and the practical benefits of the partnership.
