Custom 90s X-Factor Havok!

This guy is built on an ML Eel body, and all of the details such as the jacket, straps, and mask are sculpted. The hair was also resculpted to make it look more windswept and flowy. then everything was painted up with the usual matte paint and highlights.

Havok is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, commonly in association with the X-Men. He first appears in Uncanny X-Men No. 54, and was created by writer Arnold Drake and penciller Don Heck. (Wikipedia.com)
