Petro Gazz Angels and PLDT High Speed Hitters square off in a pivotal match today (Tuesday), with both teams aiming to solidify their standings before the Premier Volleyball League All-Filipino preliminaries take a break for the holidays.

Currently tied at 3-1, the Angels and High Speed Hitters will battle for momentum and a stronger record at the Philsports Arena in Pasig.

Petro Gazz enters the 4 p.m. match on a high note after a convincing shutout victory over Akari, while PLDT seeks to recover from a tough four-set loss to Chery Tiggo that snapped its early three-game winning streak.

The Angels will lean on Brooke Van Sickle and their seasoned local players, including Aiza Pontillas, Remy Palma, Jonah Sabete and the resurgent Myla Pablo, while PLDT counters with Savi Davison and a strong supporting cast, led by Erika Santos.
