COVID claims 77 lives in Capiz

ROXAS CITY, Capiz – The coronavirus disease 20219 (COVID-19) in Capiz rose to 77 after one more fatality was recorded Sunday.
Data from the Provincial Health Office (PHO) also revealed that 7 new cases were added to the case list – 4 from Roxas City, and one each in the towns of Maayon, Mambusao, and Sigma.
Roxas City has the most number of deaths with 45, followed by Pontevedra (9), Pilar (5), Sigma (4), Dumarao (2), Maayon (2), Mambusao (2), and Cuartero, Dao, Dumalag, Jamindan, Panay, President Roxas, and Tapaz with 1 each.
Nine patients have recovered, the data indicated.
Capiz has 1,653 confirmed cases with 167 active cases, 1,410 recoveries, and 77 deaths.
