BACOLOD City – Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases here decreased by 71 percent between September and October 2020, according to data released by the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) on Wednesday.
The EOC data indicated that cases exploded by 116 percent from August to September 2020.
But by October to November 11, there was 0% growth and 0% shrinkage, the EOC data further showed.
The EOC also said that for now, “it is too early to tell since we’re still in the cusp of transition from October to November.”
As of Wednesday COVID-19 confirmed cases in this city totaled 5,039 (4548 recoveries, 344 active cases, and 147 deaths).
