A couple was arrested in an anti-narcotics operation evening of June 15, 2020 in La Paz, Iloilo City.
Police said suspects Ricardo Prieto, 54, and Myrna Prieto, were arrested at Barangay Caingin, La Paz around 9:25 pm of Wednesday.
Ricardo is considered as a high value target (HVT) drug personality.
Members of Iloilo City Police Station 6 arrested the couple after they allegedly sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover cop.
Recovered from the couple were four sachets of suspected shabu and the P14,400 marked money,
The suspects are now detained and will be charged for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
