BACOLOD City – The San Enrique Municipal Police Station in Negros Occidental has a copy of the facial composite sketch of one of the five suspects involved in the murder of a man inside a resort in Barangay Tibsok last Sunday.
Major Renante Salgado, town police chief, said that they sought the help of the La Carlota City Police Station for the sketching.
Salgado said that only one of the five perpetrators was described by a witness as the other suspects’ faces were covered.
Salgado said they cannot release the sketch for now while they are still gathering pieces of evidence.
With such development, Salgado said they are hoping that it can help them in their investigation on the death of Ryan Villanueva, 33, of La Carlota City, who was under the drugs watchlist.
Villanueva was gunned down inside the resort a day after he celebrated his birthday with friends.
Salgado said they are looking into personal and illegal drug as possible angles in the killing.
