BACOLOD City – An estimated P873,761 worth of suspected shabu was seized from 10 persons in separate buy-bust operations here and in Negros Occidental from April 11 to 17.
P785,600 worth of suspected shabu was recovered from five persons here.
The drug bust operations were conducted in Barangays 27, Sum-ag, Tangub, and Singcang Airport.
The biggest drug haul here was reported in Barangay 27 which resulted in the confiscation of P408,000 worth of suspected shabu from a woman who was previously jailed for a drug offense.
In the province, five persons were also apprehended for the seizure of P88,161 worth of the said contraband.
The buy-bust operations were conducted in the cities of Bago, Silay, Talisay, and Escalante.
