BACOLOD City – The Valladolid Municipal Police Station in Negros Occidental released the name of the remaining unidentified victim who was among the four casualties in a collision between two wing van delivery trucks at Barangay Sagua Banua last Tuesday.
Captain Wilfredo Benoman Jr., town police chief, said the fourth casualty was Evel Elostrisimo, 25, of Barangay E. Lopez, Silay City.
Elostrisimo was the companion of truck driver Diany Garcia when their vehicle was hit by another truck driven by Wendel Larios with his brother-cum-helper Carlo Larios.
All four victims perished after the two trucks caught fire following the collision.
Police also said that the metro box and wires of the Negros Occidental Electric Cooperative (Noceco) and PLDT wires were also damaged by the fire.
