Cops arrest child molestation suspect

Members of the Bacolod City Mobile Force Company (BCMFC) arrested a 29-year-old man at Purok Kagaykay, Brgy. 2, Bacolod City Monday morning for a child molestation charge.
Valentine Diola of Prk. Kagaykay, Brgy. 2, Bacolod City was arrested for alleged violation of Republic Act 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Child Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act).
Diola is accused of molesting a 7-year-old boy twice in 2020 in Criminal Case No. 21-53283.
Bacolod Regional Trial Court Branch 51 Judge Maritess B Gumahin issued the arrest warrant on May 6, 2021.
The court recommended a P200,000 bail for Diola’s temporary liberty.
