The fatality was identified as Art Vergil Murillo, 20, of Barangay Taloc.
Wounded was Mel Rose Salgado, 24, of Pontevedra town.

The couple suffered fractures and were taken to a hospital. But Murillo, who was referred to a private hospital here, expired later.
Javier said the sedan driver, who is a 49-year-old overseas Filipino worker (OFW), was released from police custody last Tuesday after the lapse of the 18-hour reglementary detention.
Javier said the families of the victims and the sedan driver were scheduled to meet today, Dec. 22.
